Delivery time confirmation service

Are you aware that when you place an order with us,

that DPD can email and text you with your delivery

time to within an hour’s time slot?

If not, why not email

and register your details?

If you are aware, are you receiving your DPD tracking time slot? If not,

please update your details. All we need is your company name,

postcode, mobile number and email address

Payment options

If you haven’t already, make sure you apply for a credit

account with us by contacting

We also accept card, cheque or bacs payments.

Product returns

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your goods, please

complete the products return form on our website.

We accept returns subject to the following conditions:

No returned stock will be accepted without the prior consent of Tom

Parker Ltd and the provision of a valid returns note number, issued by

our Quality Department

Items must be returned in the condition that they were received, within

10 working days of delivery

There is a 20% handling charge,

with a minimum £25.00

We are unable to accept the return of

non-stock items, assemblies made to order

and special order goods
