Achieve accuracy in actuation with E.MC's guided cylinders

E.MC’s EXS and SGM series guided cylinders are double piston pneumatic cylinders, with bore sizes ranging from 10 mm to 63 mm.

The cylinder body, front cover and mounting plate are simultaneously CNC machined, for guaranteed strength, reliability and concentricity. They are robust and durable, with a longer slide bearing to provide improved guiding performance, without the need for lubricated air.

The front cover cushion pad gives a good adjustment for the cylinder stroke and reduced impact force. All sides are designed with suitable mounting holes, and two sets of IN/OUT ports are also available as a non-standard option.
