Quick and Easy Installations for Central Vacuum Systems

SicoVacuum is the simple, cost effective and quick installation system for central vacuum systems in auto repair shops and production lines. Constructed of aluminium pipes and nylon fittings, the system features an external powder coated aluminium conduit, which forms the main arrangement of the SicoVacuum system. Pipes are electrostatically coated to promote good corrosion and shock resistance.

Compressed air, vacuum and nitrogen are compatible fluids for the system, with pipes running at -0.8 to +15 bar and fittings operating between -0.6 to +12.5 bar. Both pipes and fittings operate at a temperature range of between -20ºC and +70ºC. A 63 mm diameter is employed as an optimal compromise between system compactness and intake volumes, thanks to an extremely low coefficient of friction inside the pipe.

The SicoVacuum line is completed with a specific series of end line accessories for the application of suction nozzles and the insertion of vacuumed material. All parts are reusable and do not need welding. The SicoVacuum range offers a solution to every need for central vacuum systems.
