Sicomat’s comprehensive range of automatic hose reels guarantee the highest reliability and safety, thanks to the complete spring rewind mechanism that prevents any accidental stumbling of the operator. The wound hose is kept safe from potential damage by a locking position feature. A considerable reduction in production downtime is guaranteed, as there is no need for the operator to rewind and arrange hoses. This is due to reels containing either internal spring return or slow retract controlled return. 

Boasting a durable construction, the hose reels are either galvanised powder coated steel or AISI 304 stainless steel, with one exception being a galvanised sheet and powder coated structure. The hose reels are suitable for air, water, detergents up to 70ºC, and nitrogen. They are supplied with polyurethane hose and either a swivel or revolving bracket, fixed stand and quick fixing bracket, or revolving stand and quick fixing bracket. With weights ranging from 3 kg to 25 kg, this versatile range of hose reels has many options available to suit most requirements.
