EE malleable iron pipe fittings

EE’s brand of pipe fitting is constructed from Whiteheart malleable iron, which has both the casting properties of cast iron and mechanical properties of cast steel. Whiteheart malleable iron is stronger and has more plasticity than Blackheart malleable iron. It has a tensile strength of 350-450 Mpa, and a hardness of approximately 220 HB. EE’s malleable cast iron fittings in black or hot dip galvanised finish are covered with a preservative for temporary prevention of rust film. Suitable for use in threaded pipe joints, such as water supply, gas, steam, central heating, sprinkler systems, and transporting non-corrosive liquids and gases. The dimensions range from ¼ inch to 4 inches.
