Returns Policy
Product returns can be requested by filling out all the details on the Return an Item section of our website, under the Support tab.
Please be aware that:
- Returns will only be accepted with prior consent from Tom Parker Ltd and a valid returns note number.
- A returns note number will issued by our Quality Department following receipt of our online Return an Item form.
- There is a 20% handling charge, with a minimum £25.00 charge per order returned, to cover handling and re-stocking.
- The goods must be unused and bought from the Tom Parker Ltd catalogue.
- Goods must be returned within 10 working days from date of purchase.
- We are unable to accept return of non-stock items, assemblies made to order and special order goods.
- Tom Parker Ltd cannot accept responsibility for returns forwarded by customers using their own carriers.
- Under no circumstances should any goods to be returned be given to a Tom Parker Ltd representative.
- We are unable to accept the return of goods sourced on a customer's behalf that are not listed within the Tom Parker Ltd catalogue. Orders for non-catalogue goods are non-cancellable and non-returnable and accepted at the customer's own risk.
