Delivery

 

Delivery Options

We have a wide range of flexible delivery options, which can be viewed here. Our standard carriage is £10.85 on orders less than £300 net and free on all orders over £300 net.

 

Rearrange Delivery

After placing your order, you will receive an email from the chosen carriers (DX) with your tracking details, where you will be able to nominate a safe place for delivery or re-arrange delivery to a more convenient time.

 

Click Or Call & Collect

If you are local to our Preston or Basingstoke trade counters, we offer a Click or Call & Collect service. You can select this option when checking out online, by contacting our sales team on 01772 255109 or email sales@tom-parker.co.uk. Our cut-off for Click or Call & Collect orders is 4 pm, and you will receive confirmation of your collection time. Both of our premises provide free parking.

 

Track Your Order

After placing an order on our website, by email, or by calling our sales team; you will receive an email confirmation with full tracking details. If you have any issues, please don’t hesitate to contact our sales team on 01772 255109 or sales@tom-parker.co.uk.

Returns & Refunds

 

How To Return a Product

If you need to return an item, please find our Return an item form here or within our 'support' tab. Our returns policy can be found here. We are unable to accept the return of non-stock items, assemblies, made to order, or special-order goods.

 

Can I Return More Than One Order in The Same Parcel?

Multiple returns can be packaged in the same parcel, if clearly separated inside. One returns form, complete with relevant delivery note number, must be completed for each individual order contained within the parcel. Each order contained within the parcel will be treated as a separate return, and be subject to a 20% handling charge, with a minimum of £25 charge per order.

Did You Receive My Return?

Following submission and acceptance of our returns form, products should be sent back to us using a guaranteed delivery option and our despatch team will sign for it upon receipt. Our quality team will then contact you to confirm we have received your item and processed your return.


Order Issues

 

Can I Amend an Order After Placing It?

If you would like to add additional items, amend or cancel an order, please urgently call our sales team on 01772 255109, or email sales@tom-parker.co.uk, stating your order reference number.

 

Damaged Goods

If in the unlikely event that your products arrive damaged, please urgently contact our Quality Department by calling 01772 251405 and select Option 6, or email your order number (along with images that clearly show the damage) to quality@tom-parker.co.uk.

 

Missing Item

We thoroughly check every order prior to despatch, but in the event of any items being missed from your order, please contact our Quality Department urgently by calling 01772 251405 or email your order reference number, along with the details of the missing items to quality@tom-parker.co.uk.

 

Incorrect Item Received

If any products in your order are incorrect, please urgently contact our Quality Department by calling 01772 251405 or email your order number along with the details of any discrepancies to quality@tom-parker.co.uk.

 

Where’s My Order?

After you place an order on our website, by email or by calling our sales team, you will receive email confirmation with full tracking details for your order. If you have any issues with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact our sales team on 01772 255109 or email sales@tom-parker.co.uk.

Request a Complimentary Tubing and Fitting Size Gauge

If you are unsure of the tubing or fitting size required, please contact our marketing team on 01772 251405 or email marketing@tom-parker.co.uk to request a complimentary tubing and fitting size gauge. For help and advice selecting the correct product or size for your application, please contact our technical sales team on 01772 255109 or email sales@tom-parker.co.uk to help with product selection.

 

Will An Item Be Back in Stock?

Our website shows our stock levels correct to the nearest hour, however if an item you require isn’t in stock, please contact our sales team on 01772 255109, or email sales@tom-parker.co.uk who will liaise with our purchasing team to provide you with an approximate arrival date.

 

Find A Brand

If you know which brand you require, we offer a variety of ways to find them:

  • Go on our 'Home page' scroll down to 'Shop by Brands' scrolling feed, located towards the bottom of our homepage
  • Refine your search by brand using our new 'Search by Filter' function which can be found here
  • Click 'Shop Now', select a product range and use our left-hand navigation menu to select the brand you require
 

Order Quantity

Locate the product you wish to order and choose your desired quantity using the + or – button or typing in the amount required. When logged into your website account, you can view our stock levels (correct to the nearest hour). If you require a larger quantity than we currently have in stock, you will receive a ‘partial stock available for immediate despatch’ message and will be advised of the scheduled arrival date for the remaining stock within 24 hours of placing the order.

 

Save Your Cart

You can easily save multiple carts to review later, do this by adding products to your cart and click ‘Save Cart’ (below checkout). Then re-open your saved carts, add any additional items, then click ‘check out’ to complete your order.

Product Request

Our close links to many leading Global Suppliers means that we are not limited to the products and brands you see in our catalogue and on our website. Our interactive catalogue flipbook is a great way to find the product, brand or technical information you need quickly and easily. We have introduced a 'Search by Filter' function, to help you quickly and easily find the right products. Payment

 

How Do I Place an Order?

Place your order by visiting our website or contact our sales team by telephone or email. Alternatively, you can visit either of our trade counters at both our Preston Head Office and Basingstoke branch. See all our contact details here.

 

Apply for a Resale Credit Account

Our resale credit accounts afford 30 days net monthly credit on purchases and provide access to preferential discounts (subject to eligibility).
To apply for a resale credit account, please contact our accounts team on 01772 251405, or email accounts@tom-parker.co.uk to request your application form.

Return your completed form via email to accounts@tom-parker.co.uk, fax to 01332 205040 or by post to:
Accounts Department, Tom Parker Ltd, Marsh Lane Mill, Marsh Lane, Preston, Lancashire, PR1 8RT.
Applications are usually processed within three hours of receipt, if received on a working day before 2pm.

 

Payment Types

We offer a variety of payment options, including Visa, Sage Pay, Mastercard, BACS and Resale Credit Account. For further details, please visit our 'easy & secure ways to pay' section here, or find it within the 'support' tab on our homepage.

 

When Will I Be Charged?

To order from our website, select the products you require, add them to your shopping basket and checkout by completing all the required payment and delivery information. There are two methods of payment, pay by credit account, or pay by credit card. Full details of payment are available under section 8 of our terms & conditions, which you can find here or on our homepage footer.

 

Change Your Details

Make Changes to Your Web Account

To make any amendments to the contact or delivery details on your web account simply login to your account, press edit, make the required change, and save the details.

Due to data protection, we do not hold any password information, as detailed in our Privacy Policy. If you would like to reset your password, please click here. Please enter your web account email address in the Forgotten Password field (on the Password Reset page) and click continue. You will then be emailed a link to reset your password.

 

Change Your Default Delivery Address

Change your default delivery address by going to ‘My Account’ top right, then click ‘Delivery Address’ (from the table on the right). Select edit on the delivery address you would like to change to your default address, scroll to the bottom and select ‘Yes’ on default address. You can also make any changes to your address here

Our reps, whom we call Area Sales Managers (ASMs), have dedicated areas across the UK and are on hand to support you wherever needed. Quick Buy

If you know the part numbers of the products you wish to order, please use our Quick Buy Box on our home page (scroll down). Type or copy and paste their part numbers into our Quick Buy box on our homepage and select the quantity required using the + or – buttons.

 

CSV Order Upload

You can upload a CSV spreadsheet to quickly place an order, using our CSV Upload Order facility on our homepage, click here. You can also download a CSV template to complete, although it is very quick and easy to use and only requires the part number required and the quantity separated by a comma.
