Take a look at Master Pneumatic’s 350 series modular range: general purpose filters

The Master Pneumatic 350 series modular range of general purpose compressed air filters remove water and particulate material from the air stream to protect downstream equipment from contamination. As air enters the filter, internal baffles create a swirling motion to the air, meaning entrained dirt and liquids are thrown against the sides of the filter bowl and then fall to the sump area at the bottom of the bowl. Additional baffling keeps the air in the sump area relatively quiet; this ensures that the removed material is not returned to the air flow going to the filter element. The filter element will then collect smaller particles.

The most frequently used element in the 350 series general purpose filters is rated at 5μm, so that nearly all particles larger than 5μm will be collected in the filter element. The 350 series offers superior removal of free water up to 98% efficiency. The removal of effluents is via manual or automatic float drains. The standard colour cap is blue, and is also available in grey, yellow and red. The standard polycarbonate plastic with nylon shatterguard bowl has 150 ml capacity. There is an optional 177 ml capacity on aluminium bowls with clear nylon sight glass. It has a front mounted modular clamping design with encapsulated screws. Also available in the 350 series: Adsorber filters, coalescent filters, regulators, air-line lubricators, combined filter/regulator, FRLs and accessories.
