Tom Parker Ltd achieves ISO 9001:2015

Tom Parker Ltd are pleased to announce we are now certified to ISO 9001:2015 standard. This award supersedes the ISO 9001:2008 certification previously held by Tom Parker Ltd and the business will now transition over to the new certification with immediate effect.

To qualify for BSI (British Standards Institution) registration, companies must satisfy a series of stringent ISO requirements. Criteria states that companies must demonstrate continual improvement; including detailing clear objectives, along with the quantification of these objectives through clearly defined K.P.I / K.S.I (Key Performance Indicators/Key Success Indicators), as developed in all key business areas with the emphasis on ‘continual improvement’.

To maintain certification, companies must be regularly audited and evidence their competencies to the BSI auditing team.
